Results!!
Well I had more stones, fewer larger sized ones but hundreds of sesame seed sized ones, lovely bright avocado green.
I was very delicate til I had an orange at 10am and light lunch at 12pm. Colonic in the afternoon to finish.
Done for another month.

Liver and Gallbadder Flush 16/09/2012

This is the second flush, done on the new moon, I will continue until I do not get stones for 2 consecutive months.
This is a better yield than last month, I was more precise taking the Epsom salts in the morning.

hCG and Me

Today begins Round 5 hCG Protocol, Starting weight 71.9kgs, I load for 2 days which means I pig out on as much fatty food as possible and do not get hungry just eat to capacity, Its hard but crucial to the success of the program. Here is my journey so far:
